Techie Thursday: Belkin Conserve Valet Charging Station Review

It seems the more fancy our phones & electronics get the less the battery lasts. And for that reason I’m always looking for ways to keep things charged up no matter where I am. I have a ton of usb cables for various devices and when I’m near a computer I’m covered but away from the computer I don’t like to have 5 things plugged into an outlet. That is what made me excited about the Belkin Conserve Valet Energy-Saving USB Charging Station. And now that I have it and have been using it for going on 2 weeks I’m completely over the moon at how easy and plug in saving that it is!

You use one plug and can charge up to 4 items at a time. That takes care of the 2 cell phones, iPad and iPod with no problem. I put it next to where I sit in the living room. It’s small and not totally tacky looking. Plug the electronic in and push the start button and it shuts off when it is charged. Now I would not suggest this for an overnight type of charging as if you’re like me my phones are in use via various apps throughout the night and it won’t start charging again until you push the button again. So I would wake up with only a partial charge but it works perfectly at your desk or living room or somewhere for quick charges.
